We fulfill orders within 1-2 business days of them being placed. We will work as fast as possible to get your order out right away. If you place an order over the weekend, please expect a longer shipping time as we are not open on Weekends or post office holidays. Any orders placed with expedited shipping during these days will be mailed the next business day.
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
RETURN TO SENDER:
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or forwarding issue, we will contact you and issue you a store credit gift card amounting to your order.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING WHAT DO I DO?
Isla Muses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to UPS or USPS.
