Refund policy

You may return a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After this period, refunds will no longer be available.

Store credit request may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Returns shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted, and the return request will be automatically canceled. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount once the item is received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

If your return package contains at least ONE item with bodily fluids, odors, perfume, stains, makeup, etc, our inspection team is required to cease inspection of the package immediately and deny the entire return, with no exceptions.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
